Shipping Policy

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. SIGIL is not responsible for delays

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if:
• Item is unworn
• Item is unwashed
• Item has original tags attached
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or
incorrect.
SIGIL products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind,
either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIGIL disclaims all warranties, including but not
limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Durability or longevity of garments
Colorfastness beyond standard garment care
Fabric wear from normal use, washing, or improper care
Normal wear and tear, shrinking, fading, pilling, and fabric breakdown over time are not
considered defects.
SIGIL is not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper washing or drying
Bleach or chemicals
Heat damage
Alterations
Misuse of garments

Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from SIGIL, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before
filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
Improper chargebacks (including but not limited to claims of fraud, non-delivery, or item
not as described without contacting us first) may result in:
• Being banned from future purchases
• Collections for unpaid balances
• Reporting fraudulent chargebacks to payment processors
• Legal action where applicable
We maintain records of shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and order verification
for all transactions.

Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect against fraud, SIGIL reserves the right to:
• Cancel any order suspected of fraud
• Request identity verification
• Request billing and shipping address confirmation
• Require signature upon delivery
• Limit quantities per customer
• Block customers or IP addresses suspected of fraudulent activity
Orders flagged as high-risk may be cancelled without notice.
SIGIL is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made using stolen payment
methods if the order passed fraud screening and was shipped.

Pre-Order Policy

From time to time, SIGIL may offer products for pre-order.
By placing a pre-order:
• You agree that the item is not yet in stock
• Production timelines are estimates and may change
• Shipping dates are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or supply chain issues
Pre-orders may be charged at the time of purchase.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for store credit or refund only before the item ships.
Once a pre-order item ships, it is subject to the standard return policy.

• Product designs
• Images

are the property of SIGIL and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written

Limitation of Liability

SIGIL shall not be liable for:

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
